HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your successful bids the day after the auction has ended. In your personal my ratisbon's you will be able to inform us about your most convenient payment method for this order or tell us about an alternative shipping address.
If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we will send an invoice choosing the payment and shipping options which we think are the most comfortable ones to you. If you decide to change your shipping or payment method after receiving your invoice, just drop us a line or visit my ratisbon's/ORDERS for any more details.
Choose your payment method when ordering and submit your order. Once your order has been received we will send an invoice including your shipping costs and your payment instructions.
After receiving the invoice, the order must be paid within 7 days.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY NEW TREASURES?
We usually send out orders within 1-3 working days after your payment has been received. In most cases, we are faster than this! We will inform you when your goods are being dispatched and provide a tracking number, In addition, you can always check your order status at my ratisbon's/ORDERS. Delivery times will vary depending upon the delivery destination and type of shipping service you have chosen.
If you prefer to have your order shipped to your work address or a friend during your absence, we will happy to arrange this for you. Send us an email letting us know about your new shipping address and we will be happy to send an updated invoice to you.

We only offer collectables which to the best of our specialists knowledge are authentic. About 15% of all consignments are returned to the consignor after extensive research due to authenticity issues.
Unlike traditional auction houses we do offer a full right of return. If you are not satisfied with what you won or bought, you may return it within 14 days. Please inform us and we will instruct you on how to return the goods. For more information, please visit FAQ pages.
Important note: Cancelling bids after an auction may disappoint the consignor, who like you is a collector. This situation is easy to avoid. We encourage you not to bid on any collectable if you are unsure if it fits into your collection. Ask us to cancel your bid 24 hours prior to the end of an auction to avoid this situation.
Extremely rare hussar's uniform grouping to Sergeant Meiners serving with 3. Eskadron of Braunschweiger Husaren-Regiment Nr. 17. According to the information of the consignor, this grouping was never available on the market before. Please see the last picture for a period time photograph of Meiners in his uniform!
Braunschweig "Atilla" service tunic for a Sergeant serving with 3. Eskadron of Braunschweiger Husaren-Regiment Nr. 17. All straps and buttons in place. Silk lining with period time applied name tag "Sergeant Meiners 3. Esk. Br. Hus.-Regts. Nr. 17". Signs of wear to the lining which shows some old repairs and a few damaged areas. Shoulder boards with "3" buttons for "3. Eskadron". Collar with sergeant butons and NCO tress. Rare shooting prize buttons to both cuffs showing the Prussian eagle. Sleeve badges for "Flaggenwinker" and "gutes Lanzenfechten" attached by hand.
Overall no moth damage and in quite good condition.
Busby in complete and very good condition. Fur hat with typical waxed top. Typical bamboo frame. Fittings with the original yellow color. Leather chin strap. Original buttons M91. "Reich" cockade in place. "Bandeau" with motto in place. Including the Braunschweig "Feldzeichen". Leather lining without markings. One old repair. Red so-called "Kolpak" without moth damage. Fur in very good condition. Size 56.
Hooks and catches as well as the cords in place. Very rare!
Visor cap with tombak Braunschweig skull. EM type. Both cockade in place. Silk lining with "M" cypher (Meiners). A period time applied name tag "Sergeant Meiners 3. Esk. Br. Hus.-Regts. Nr. 17" to the inside of the sweat-band. Minor moth bites to the top only. Minor staining to the cap band. Size 56. An old piece of plastic was placed inside to protect the lining.
Trousers with quite a few repairs of previous moth damage. Silk lining. One button missing. Waist: 84cm. Length: 105cm.
Cavalry sword M1889 with bakelite handle. Nickle-plated bow with Prussian eagle cross guard. Nickel-plated iron scabbard without. Excellent clean blade with fine etching to two sides. Unit: "Braunschweig. Husaren-Regt. No 17". Furthermore, Braunschweig hussar related pictures as well as the Braunschweig skull. Length: 98cm.
Privately purchased leather boots with separately attached yellow hussar border from leather. Repairs and signs of wear, however, still soft. Height: 44cm. Sole length: 28cm.
Leather pouch with matching Bandelier which was fixed with a safety pin only. Stamps to the inside. "Immota Fides" star from tombak. Rare sabre bag with "W" cypher including the original and extremely rare leather hangers. Red felt with slight moth damage.
