VIEW DESCRIPTION

Document grouping to Gefreiten Friedrich Tank. He served as a Luftwaffe pilot with a sea rescue squadron. Killed in action on 14. March 1942 in the East. Also a member of several organizations of the Third Reich, such as the Hitlerjugend, Deutscher Luftsportverband, NS-Studentenbund, and NSFK.

Certificate to Luftwaffe Pilot's Badge. Issued on 9. July 1940. Signed by a Generalmajor.

Rare glider pilot ID card "Segelflugzeugführer". Issued on 6.12.1937. Original attached photo.
