Document Group of Georg Berner was a law student and advanced his career within the legal departments of the Nazi government. The group consists of a document of the Reichsberufwettkampf, several promotion documents, an opera program, report on schools and a silver gentleman's ring.

The ring is made from 800 silver and is marked as such inside of the signet. There is also an engraving that reads: “O.D. Tr 41”

The earliest document of this group is his Honor Certification for his participation in the Reichsberufwettkampf (Reichs-Trade-Competition) of 1937 on the topic: “about those adolescents that committed felonies in Munich and their occupations”

G. Berner was released from his pre service on August 4, 1941, and was made a government official (Beamter) on August 14, 1941, while preparing for a judgeship.

On March 16, 1944, he is promoted to “Regierungsassessor”
