This Soldbuch was issued to the Obergefreiter Josef Merz. It has the entries for his War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords, 1939, and the German Italian Africa Commemorative Medal and entries documenting his career. He served in the Panzernachrichten 78, Leichte Kolonne in the German Afrika Korps.

Comes with his Swiss and Wehrmacht Drivers license as well as a separate vaccination card and application for reparation based on the POW laws in Germany after 1954.
