The album documents the service of a Waffen-SS member in the French campaign starting on 10. May 1940. He served with 3. SS-Standarte "Der Führer“ (SS-VT) / SS-Regiment "Der Führer“.
Nice photos in camo clothing, many photos of the front, also of the Battle of the Grebbeberg, graves of fallen SS members, SS vehicles, French and German tanks, destroyed buildings, French POWs, and photos of the "Fort Eben Emael". Also a photo of the grave of SS-Obersturmführer Otto GELETNEKY (killed in action on 13. May 1940 in Rhenen) and the commander (SS-Obersturmbannführer).
Each page contains hand-written notes by the SS soldier.
