HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your successful bids the day after the auction has ended. In your personal my ratisbon's you will be able to inform us about your most convenient payment method for this order or tell us about an alternative shipping address.
If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we will send an invoice choosing the payment and shipping options which we think are the most comfortable ones to you. If you decide to change your shipping or payment method after receiving your invoice, just drop us a line or visit my ratisbon's/ORDERS for any more details.
Choose your payment method when ordering and submit your order. Once your order has been received we will send an invoice including your shipping costs and your payment instructions.
After receiving the invoice, the order must be paid within 7 days.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY NEW TREASURES?
We usually send out orders within 1-3 working days after your payment has been received. In most cases, we are faster than this! We will inform you when your goods are being dispatched and provide a tracking number, In addition, you can always check your order status at my ratisbon's/ORDERS. Delivery times will vary depending upon the delivery destination and type of shipping service you have chosen.
If you prefer to have your order shipped to your work address or a friend during your absence, we will happy to arrange this for you. Send us an email letting us know about your new shipping address and we will be happy to send an updated invoice to you.

We only offer collectables which to the best of our specialists knowledge are authentic. About 15% of all consignments are returned to the consignor after extensive research due to authenticity issues.
Unlike traditional auction houses we do offer a full right of return. If you are not satisfied with what you won or bought, you may return it within 14 days. Please inform us and we will instruct you on how to return the goods. For more information, please visit FAQ pages.
Important note: Cancelling bids after an auction may disappoint the consignor, who like you is a collector. This situation is easy to avoid. We encourage you not to bid on any collectable if you are unsure if it fits into your collection. Ask us to cancel your bid 24 hours prior to the end of an auction to avoid this situation.
A very nice grouping to Feldwebel Hans Stahlbruck serving with Jagdgeschwader "Schlageter" Nr. 132 and II./Luftlande-Geschwader 1. The Luftlande-Geschwader 1 was involded in the Battle of Crete 1941 as well as Stalingrad 1942 and 1943.
Certificate to Wehrmacht Long Service Awards for 4 years. Issued on 1.5.1939. Folded.
Certificate to 1939 Iron Cross 1st Class. Issued on 18.6.1941. Signed by General der Flieger Kurt Student (Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves winner).
Certificate to Air Gunner Badge. Issued on 11.7.1941. Signed by General der Flieger Gustav Kastner. It looks to me like it's a facsimile signature. Folded.
Certificate to Squadron Clasp for Kampfflieger in Bronze. Issued on 30.6.1941. Signed by an Oberstleutnant. Folded.
Certificate to KRETA cuffband. Issued on 29.1.1943. Facsimile signature General der Flieger Kurt Student (Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves winner). Inculding the original KRETA cuffband. Length: 14cm.
Wehrpass "Zweitschrift - Urschrift durch Feindeinwirkung vernichtet" stamped to the cover (duplicate/second copy - original destroyed by enemy action). Issued on 2.5.1945 with original attached photography. His units are listed on page 12 and 13. From 7.2.1943 to 20.7.1944 he served with I./Luftlande-Geschwader 1, 3. Staffel. Thus, it can be assumed that he was involved in the battles in Stalingrad. Awards: Wehrmacht Long Service Award for 4 years, 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class and 1st Class, Squadron Clasp for Kampfflieger in gold, KRETA cuffband and Wound Badge. Another award issued on 7.5.1940 however, very hard to read. All noted on page 24. Campaign list from 10.4.1940 until 3.8.1941. His service in Kreta from 20.5.1941 to 3.8.1941 is noted as well as "133 Feindflüge" (combat missions). The swastika to the cover is slightly damaged.
"Flugbuch" flight logbook from 2.10.1937 to 25.7.1941 with 283 listed flights. Furthermore one "Flugbuch" from 28.6.1941 to 22.10.1942 with 76 listed flights (no. 284 to 360). The flights in Greece and Crete are noted.
Luftwaffen "Bordmechaniker" ID-card. Issued on 18.12.1940 issued by I./Kampfgeschwader z.b.V.1. Original attached photography.
"Sonderausweis" special ID-document issued on 26.01.1945 by Fallschirmjäger-Ersatz-Bataillon Stendal. Folded and small cracks.
Four period time documents, one period time Luftwaffe ID-card, one POW certificate of discharge and one postwar veteran's ID-card.
