The bayonet comes with a rare double-sided etched blade featuring the inscription "Schutz-Polizei-Hundertschaft. Wiesbaden-Biebrich" and "Zur Erinnerung an die Ausbildungszeit 1938-1939". Beautiful decorations around the inscription. "Max Weyersberg" maker marked. Stains on both sides.
Genuine horn grip plates without the police emblem. No eagle inserted as worn by German customs. No chipping. Original black finished steel scabbard which is free of dents. Comes with an army bayonet knot and the rare white leather frog. "A. Fischer Berlin" maker marked and dated "1938". This frog was also worn by SS "LAH" members.
