VIEW DESCRIPTION

Leutnant Otto Gaiser served with 10. Staffel/Jagdgeschwader 51. Before he disappeared (22.01.1944), Lt. Gaiser was credited with 66 victories in 380 missions. All his air victories were achieved over the Eastern Front. He was posthumously awarded the Knight's Cross and promoted to Leutnant on 9. June 1944.

Luftwaffe Honor Goblet to Leutnant Otto Gaiser. Awarded on 3. April 1944.

"JOH.WAGNER&SOHN" maker marked and "FEINSILBER AUFLAGE - ALPAKA" marked on the bottom. The base shows the engraving "OBERFELDWEBEL OTTO GAISER AM 3.4.1944".
