A well-preserved Reichsmarine officer's dagger from the Weimar Republic with portepee.
Brass fireball pommel and Kriegsmarine-style crossguard. Weimar naval scabbard with rope-style bands.
Both the scabbard and blade are marked with the issue number "O.624," with the "O" meaning "Ostsee." Additionally, both the blade and scabbard are stamped with the "M" Reichsmarine Waffenamt. The blade is plain and made from nickel-plated steel.
The dagger has a navy portepee attached.
Despite some age-related marks, the dagger is in very fine condition.
