Heer M42 field tunic. Typically designed without pleated pockets but with scalloped flaps like the earlier M36, M40 and M41 tunics.
Breast eagle: machine-embroidered. EM/NCO pattern. Attached by hand.
Collar tabs: EM/NCO. Machine-woven. Original attached by machine
Shoulder boards: Field-gray EM boards with "red" piping. Artillery. Mismatched.
Left Sleeve badge: Gefreiter rank badge with subdued tresse, on field-gray base. Attached by hand.
Right Sleeve badge: Removed by cutting. Some damage to the sleeve.
Buttons: All buttons complete.
Lining: Brown rayon
Markings: depot marked and size stamped. Marked "Reinhard Graf" as well.
The tunic has strong signs of use and multiple moth damage in several places. The name tag looks to be modern.
