Third reich period time, 1944 dated, certificate with impressive folders to WILHELM PETERLE. Vienna, December 1944 dated. Original ink signature of the mayor of the city of Vienna SS-Brigadeführer Hanns Blaschke (1896 - 1971).
Wilhelm Peterle was an architect and member of "Städtischer Baurat" of Wien. Awarded for special achievements "als Planer des Schutzraumnetzes Innere Stadt".
Four page award document protected by two strong pages. Fixed with the original white-red cord and inside its impressive red folder. The folder shows a sunken printed and gilt city emblem of Vienna.
