Grouping of SS-Scharführer Wilhelm Bültemann who was Waldemar Fegelein's personal horse attendant. Bültemann was not only a blacksmith in civil life but also a successful rider pre and after 1945. Please note that Waldemar and Hermann Fegelein were founders of SS-Hauptreitschule München. SS-Hauptreitschule München was part of SS-Totenkopfverbände. You can see Bültemann wearing skull tabs on a few photos. There is also at least one photo showing Fegelein, most probaly Hermann Fegelein.
Part of the grouping are two extremely rare SS rider's award plates.
Bronze and silver plaque awarded for "1. REIT- U. SPRINGTURNIER KRAKAU 1940" issued by "SS- u. Polizei Sportgemeinschaft Krakau". Both are maker marked "B.H. MAYER PFORZHEIM". Diameter: 42mm. Bronzed and silvered tombak. Both in good condition.
Furthermore, a MAUTHE made table clock was awarded to him as a prize in 1936. The clock is still running fine.
Engraved to the stand: "PREIS DES SS-OBERABSCHNITTES MITTE - SS REIT- u. FAHRTTURNIER 9./10. MAI 1936".
