All-round silver officer piping. Machine embroidered eagle and cockade, EM/NCO type, and not matching for officer's side caps. The inner lining is made of gray artificial silk and shows only minimal signs of wear and age.
Stamped three times on the inside with year of manufacture “1944”, size “57” and depot number 76.
Slightly worn cap in almost mint condition. A "period time promoted" piece.
