The plate is made from genuine silver. "835" silver hallmarked on the back. The front shows the inscription "Attachègruppe 1933-1935" (Attaché-Gruppe der Heeresabteilung) and the names of the members "Rabe v. Pappenheim - v. Stocken - v. Geldern-Crispendorf".

Friedrich-Carl Rabe von Pappenheim, Generalleutnant and Knight's Cross winner.
