Description

Here a very comprehensive document group of the typical backbone of the German Wehrmacht. Adolf Galster was drafted and mustered on April 26, 1940, and was a polish citizen and served in the I.G.Ers.Komp.I.R.258. Fought through all of Russia and back as part of the Marsch-Komp.Gren.Ers.Btl. 216. Made it the rank of Gefreiter and was awarded the Infantry Assault Badge on December 28, 1941, East Medal on August 28, 1942, and Wound Badge in black on April 30, 1942.

This lot contains a lot of paperwork on his career including the Wehrstammbuch.
